Deleting your data
Lumi Publisher keeps only what it needs to publish to the accounts you connect: each account's name, ID and picture, its sign-in token, and a short log of what was posted. Last updated 30 October 2026.
To delete it
- Open your Lumi workspace and press Disconnect next to the account. Lumi deletes that account's sign-in token and saved details straight away; for YouTube, that includes the channel's waiting items and its titles in the log.
- Optionally remove Lumi in the platform's own settings for connected apps, such as your Google security settings, Facebook and Instagram "Apps and websites", Threads "Website permissions", or TikTok "Manage app permissions".
- To have the posting log and stored media deleted too, email owenisas@gmail.com. It is deleted within 7 days and you get a reply when it is done.
Deleting your Lumi data does not delete anything on YouTube or the other platforms. Posts already published stay there until you delete them yourself.
